I don't think even the elites know what the future looks like. AI and globalism are the future and I imagine the next 100 years will see the world looking as unfamiliar to us as today's would to someone in 1925. Be that for better, for worse or somewhere in the middle. It's happening folks.
In terms of wealth distribution things are heading back towards what they were in 1925, so maybe the world wouldn't look so different to Lady Astor 150 years later.
